Nothing static about these guys

Dynamics logo

While still fairly new to the electro scene in SF, these two are a bunch that warrants some serious attention already. Formed in December of 2010, Dynamics (Avi Jhingan & Christian Lee) are already playing under names like Dada Life and now Felix Cartal at all the premier stages the bay has to offer.

Having the privilege to see them (and their equally impressive beards) produce and work since early this year, I’ve gotten the chance to watch their music grow and man is it heading in an interesting direction. They’ve taken the electro/house genre, and are running full steam with their own Indie/Nu Disco twist on it with some real funky tones that just get you moving no matter the mood.

These guys have caught our attention, and its safe to say expect to see them at plenty of OHR shows to come. Show them some love, give their tracks a listen, and see them live this Saturday with Felix Cartal!

NITEPPL

In one of the busiest weeks the company has seen, normally I would frown at something new getting tossed into the mix. But well, when something is too good to pass, I’ll give. Check out this featured artist segment and allow me to introduce a name you should make yourselves VERY familiar with..NITEPPL.

NITEPPL, composed of Alton San Giovanni and Gage Seber, are the new kids on the SF block, and they’re bringing treats. With a music and graphic design background, they’ve come together to form an art project that will blow your mind. NITEPPL’s tracks all provide a very eerie experience coupled with a fresh progressive house feel and some impressive drops. Not to mention these two have come up with an imaginative narrative that will get you lost in a world inside your head that (after hearing it) I promise you’ve never been to before.

Links will be posted below…but stay tuned for some big things to come from NITEPPL…maybe even with Our House Records..?
